Stelian Rosca was born in the quiet village of Trușeni, just outside Chișinău, Moldova — a place where time moved slower, and family meant everything. Growing up between an older and younger brother in a loving, close-knit household, Stelian learned early on the value of care, kindness, and hard work. Even as a child, he felt drawn to helping others — not through grand gestures, but in small, meaningful ways that made people feel seen and supported.
In 2011, after years of dedicated study, he graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Iași, Romania. He began practising law in Chișinău, but soon realised that his true passion lay in working directly with people — helping them feel better through movement, hands-on care, and personal connection.
At the heart of Stelian’s world is his daughter, Cezara, born in 2009. Though they live in different countries — she in Iași, studying Theatre at the Octav Băncilă National College of Art — their bond remains strong. They share more than just a familial connection; they share laughter, dreams, and a deep understanding of each other. Her presence in his life continues to inspire his journey and remind him of what truly matters.
Following his instincts, Stelian made the bold decision to leave Moldova and start a new chapter in the United Kingdom. It wasn’t easy — starting over never is — but he knew it was the right path. He dedicated himself to healthcare, retraining with the same passion and commitment he once put into law.
In 2021, he completed a Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy in London — the UK’s most prestigious institution in this field. The moment became even more memorable when Princess Anne, the King’s Sister, personally handed him his degree — a significant honour that marked the start of a new chapter.

In 2022, he was awarded 3rd place in the Advanced Category at the National Massage Championship — a proud moment reflecting his commitment to both science and the art of healing.
In 2023, Stelian turned a long-held dream into reality. Alongside Cristina, his partner at the time, he opened Bubu Wellness Centre on Finchley Road in London. Bubu was envisioned as more than just a clinic — it was meant to be a sanctuary where people could find relief, regain balance, and feel truly cared for.

On a personal note, his love for tennis has earned him 9 amateur trophies in both singles and doubles — a testament to his drive and dedication both on and off the court.
